Who receives your information

Washboard Labs LLC operates AfterHours Booker and is the business that receives the information described here. AfterHours Booker is a product name, not a separate company or a per-product DBA.

What we collect

When someone leaves an after-hours request, the service stores:

• Name, phone number, and email address
• Preferred time window and notes
• A request id and the pending-slot status

When a shop starts a trial or Starter subscription, Checkout collects:

• Business name, business email, and business phone
• Card details, which Stripe processes. This app stores Stripe customer and subscription ids, not the card number

Why we use it

Washboard Labs LLC uses this information to queue the request, show it in the shop inbox, enforce the one-trial rule and the trial booking cap, and run the Starter subscription. Confirmation messages name AfterHours Booker and state that it is operated by Washboard Labs LLC.

Washboard Labs LLC does not sell this information. Stripe is the payment processor for Checkout, invoices, and receipts, and those documents identify Washboard Labs LLC as the seller.
