Who you are contracting with

These terms are between you and Washboard Labs LLC. AfterHours Booker is the name of this service. It is not a separate company, and Washboard Labs LLC does not offer it under a per-product “doing business as” name. Trials, subscriptions, invoices, receipts, and card charges for AfterHours Booker are with Washboard Labs LLC.

The service

AfterHours Booker captures after-hours requests for one location: name, phone, email, a time window, and notes. It queues a pending calendar slot and confirmation stubs. A person at the shop confirms or declines in the morning. Submitting a request does not charge the caller and does not lock a live calendar event.

Trial and Starter

Starter is $29/month. New shops can start a 7-day trial. A card is required to start. Unless you cancel before the 7-day trial ends, it converts automatically to Starter at $29/month. One free trial per business email or phone. During the trial, intake stops at 25 bookings. Ending the trial early starts Starter at $29/month and removes that cap. It is not a second free trial.

Starter annual is $290/year with the same 7-day trial and one-trial rule. Ending an annual trial early starts Starter annual at $290/year. Annual plans earn a 2% account credit on the amount paid for each annual subscription invoice, applied to future AfterHours Booker invoices. While the annual plan is active, recorded outcome fees are up to 2% lower. Credits have no cash value. If a payment is refunded, its credit is removed; any part already used is added to your next AfterHours Booker invoice.

Checkout in this deployment uses Stripe test mode. Live keys are rejected, and this build does not send a live charge. The seller name on Checkout, the statement descriptor, and the invoice footer is Washboard Labs LLC.
